Involves Wedding Ceremony Direction & Reception.
The Platinum Package is designed for the bride and groom who have already done all the planning and want to make sure that their special day runs smoothly. You can relax and enjoy your wedding, while you let us manage and coordinate the day for you. We will oversee the flow of the ceremony and reception, set-up and breakdown of the areas. We will be there as the florist, musicians, and photographers arrive, and we will provide wedding day direction and one progress meeting.
Preparation
- Provide personalized wedding budget and cost analysis
- Design wedding ideas and themes with couple
- Unlimited emails and phone calls for questions
- 8 consultations as needed for couple (via teleconference if necessary)
- Final consultation 1 week before wedding
Vendor Selection & Coordination
- Provide assistance and guidance of vendor selections
- Negotiate and review vendor contracts
- Attend 5 vendor and alteration appointments
- Deliver final payments to vendors
Invitations & Stationary
- Advise on Etiquette and Invitation wording
- Assist with designing and ordering Invitations and cards
Ceremony & Reception Coordination
- Coordinate the rehearsal and ceremony (10 hours on wedding day)
- Assist with the selection of the menu and table layout design
Guest Accommodation
- Reserve accommodations for out-of-town guests
Wedding Day Services
- Provide selective décor for ceremony and reception
- Coordinate decorating of the ceremony and reception locations
- Create directions and itineraries for bridal party
- Distribute attendants' flowers, bouquets and tossing items
- Coordinate the delivery of rental items
- Create bridal checklist, wedding day timeline and schedule of events
- Wedding Day Emergency Kit
- Supervise and assist with vendor clean up
Rehearsal Dinner & Party Coordination
- Make rehearsal dinner arrangements
